IT system administrator (m/f/d)
We are looking for a dedicated IT system administrator (m/f/d) to strengthen our IT department at our location in Breuna.
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications in the field of IT
- Several years of professional experience in the field of IT system integration
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good command of English
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented work
- Knowledge of ITIL basic principles and ITSM
- Extensive IT general knowledge
- Driving licence and vehicle are required to reach the workplace
Your duties:
- 1st and 2nd level support for IT technical questions and problems of colleagues
- Administration, operation and further development of client, server and telecommunication systems
- Support for the local data centres, network infrastructure and virtual environment
- Create and maintain user accounts and permissions in the Active Directory, file and print servers, and group policies.
- Testing and distribution of software and updates/upgrades
- Ensure data backup
- Recording, analysing and rectifying faults within the industry-specific software
- Communication and coordination of external service providers
- Creation and maintenance of IT documentation
- Implementing and ensuring IT security in accordance with the BSI basic protection and the Group-wide IT security guidelines
- Willingness to provide IT on-call services
