IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
In your training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) you will see more than flickering numbers on a dark background: you will learn how to design and implement complex IT systems and how to adapt them to suit the user. In addition, you teach your users how to use applications correctly in training courses - so simply hiding behind the computer is not an option! So it is becoming increasingly important for training to become an IT specialist to have so-called non-technical qualities, such as communication skills or service orientation. Patience and sensitivity are also required here, because not everyone is such an expert like you and may need some help with the programs here and there.
As a computer expert, you are the first point of contact for all technical matters. This can be a crashed computer, the installation of new computer systems, the maintenance of the devices or repairs of the most different kind. In the area of system integration you work with hardware: you install complex EDP systems and implement information and communication systems according to user requirements. You will also be responsible for the systematic maintenance of these systems and for diagnosing and rectifying faults during your training as an IT specialist.
Social contacts are not neglected in the system administration department either: you advise your users on the selection and use of the devices and then train them in the solution you have designed and provided.
The training is "dual", i.e. both in-company and at school.
This training is provided in our plants in :
