photo references

In the following, you will find detailed photo references in accordance with our information obligations under Articles 13 and 14 DSGVO. Please note that the following information always refers to the work of the entire Altmühltaler Getränke GmbH group of companies.

We reserve the right to create, process and disseminate video and audio recordings of speakers, participants and guests for PR and public relations purposes within the framework of our events, at which we ourselves act as organiser or in which we are involved as cooperation partner, provided that these do not contradict in individual cases. This will be indicated in a suitable manner both within the framework of the electronic event registration and at the event location.

purpose

To take photographs, record images and sounds of events and to distribute these recordings on websites, social media channels and in its own print media or to pass them on for editorial and journalistic use by third parties, for press and public relations purposes and to present the activities of the responsible person in order to increase the level of awareness of the responsible person and to promote participation in comparable events and his activities.

legal basis

is thereby Art 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is to inform about the contents of the events as part of our PR and public relations work and to draw attention to similar events, the contents and the work of Altmühltaler Getränke GmbH in order to be able to effectively form public opinion.

notice of opposition

Every data subject has the right to object to processing. The objection may be addressed to datenschutz@altmuehltaler.com or exercised by any other means.

However, in weighing up the interests, it is to be assumed that the interest of the person responsible in the production and use of the recordings does not regularly interfere excessively with the rights and freedoms of a person concerned, since the image and sound recordings were made recognisably and in the "social sphere", i.e. in public space within the framework of a generally accessible event, and this was already expressly pointed out in the registration for the event and at the event itself. Even during the production of the image and sound recordings themselves, care is taken to ensure that no legitimate interests of persons depicted are violated, i.e. that freedom of opinion and information prevails.

If, however, the rights and freedoms of a person depicted should prevail in individual cases for special reasons, we will refrain from further processing in the event of a justified objection by the person concerned. It cannot be obliterated in print media that have already been distributed. A deletion of recordings in online media takes place within the scope of technical possibilities.

storage period

The data will be deleted after termination of their use or at the latest in the second year. If they are kept for longer periods for historical purposes, the processing shall be restricted accordingly by blocking.

Categories of recipients

Employees of the person responsible who are involved in sales, marketing or press and public relations work or who must necessarily receive the data within the scope of processing (e.g. IT, other administrative units, event organisation). Contractors and contract processors who participate in the production of the recordings or the publications or their processing and distribution. Sponsors, co-organisers and representatives of the press and radio who report on the event and the activities of the organiser for their own or journalistic-editorial purposes. Tax consultants, authorities and other legal parties involved in the enforcement of rights or defence of claims or in judicial or administrative proceedings.

The recordings are distributed to the general public or made available for retrieval through publications both online and offline. For legal reasons, it is possible for third parties to assert their own rights to use the data, for example social media platforms, exploitation rights or journalists on the basis of Article 5 of the Basic Law, which may conflict with the rights of the data subject.

A transfer to recipients in a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organisation is not envisaged. There is no automated decision making (profiling).

rights concerned

The data subject is neither contractually nor legally obliged to provide his/her data. As a person affected by the processing of sound and image recordings, you have the fundamental right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data transfer within the framework of the statutory provisions (Art. 15 et seq. DSGVO). To exercise your rights, please contact the person responsible or the data protection officer at the above contact details.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or that your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you are free to complain to the data protection officer of the responsible person or to the responsible data protection supervisory authority.
