How do I apply?
Applications are possible by mail or post. Please refer to the job offer for contact persons and the corresponding address. Applications by e-mail will only be accepted in PDF format.
Is there an application deadline?
No, there's no application deadline. As long as a job offer is published, we look forward to receiving your application.
Please note: the starting date for apprenticeships in Treuchtlingen is always 01.09. and in Baruth/Breuna 01.08.
Are the job offers posted on the homepage up to date?
All vacancies that you will find on our website are still vacant. As soon as a job is filled, the advertisement is deactivated.
I am interested in several job offers. Is it possible to apply for several positions at the same time?
If you are interested in several vacant positions, you can apply for several vacancies. It is important to us that you give us a clear picture of your desired target area and your qualification profile so that we can offer you the ideal position for you.
What about data protection?
We process your personal data in the application process exclusively within the framework of the rights of use you have stored in your candidate profile. By submitting your application, you automatically agree to our privacy policy. As long as you are in an application process, your data and documents will of course remain stored. After a rejection by us or if you withdraw your application, the documents attached to your application will be deleted after 90 days.
Which documents are required for the application?
We would like to know why you feel the job advertisement appeals to you. You can present this to us clearly with the following documents (PDF only):
- Cover letter: Your cover letter is your first contact with our company. Please briefly describe the challenges you are addressing in the job advertisement and why you think you are suitable for the position. Practical examples from your previous professional experience or training (internships, further training, etc.) underline your previous experience. Most importantly, your cover letter should not be a repetition or summary of your resume. Concentrate on the essentials for the desired position. The cover letter should not contain more than one Din-A-4 page.
- Curriculum vitae: Please summarize your career in a tabular curriculum vitae. Ideally, you start with your current station and go back in time.
- Testimonials: Your certificates are important documents for your career. Please summarize the relevant certificates for your application in one file.
Who should I send my cover letter to?
Your contact person will be named in the job advertisement. If you are unsure who to address your application to, e.g. because you would like to apply for several positions, simply choose the general wording.
Which file formats and file sizes are permitted?
You have the choice between a postal application (address can be found in the respective job advertisement) and an application by e-mail. Please note that for reasons of data protection we only consider files in PDF format when submitting applications by email.
Who can I contact if I have any questions?
If you still have specific questions about the advertised position for which you would like to apply, you are welcome to contact the person named in the job advertisement. If you have general questions about the application process, please contact Julia Schreiber at bewerbung@altmuehltaler.de for questions about applications at the Treuchtlingen site, Julia Schreiber at bewerbung@urstromquelle.de for questions about applications or Juliane Sasse at bewerbung@urstromquelle.de for questions about training at the Baruth site or Julia Dudlitz bewerbung@vitaqua.de for questions about applications at the Breuna site.
Can I also send an unsolicited application?
We are always looking for expertise and experience, but if you can't find a suitable vacancy, but would still like to apply, please use our respective contact details.
How do I know that my application has been received successfully?
As soon as we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail as soon as possible. If you have not received confirmation of receipt after two working days, please also check your SPAM folder. If you have any doubts, you can also contact us at any time.
Can I prepare for an interview?
If you receive an invitation for an interview, you have already mastered the first hurdle. We would be pleased if you could signal to us in a conversation that you have thoroughly dealt with us and your possible future employment with us in advance. The interview gives you the opportunity to personally present yourself and your skills and experience to those responsible. Consider in advance what questions you might have. But also what information you lack to get a complete picture of us and your possible future role. An interview is not an examination situation for the applicant - the aim is rather to get to know each other personally and to be able to address all open questions on both sides. Of course you can take relevant documents with you into the interview and take notes during the interview.
How does the personal conversation work?
Usually, after a short welcome and introduction, we first introduce you to the company and its possible future tasks. You will then have the opportunity to present yourself. We would like to understand how you imagine your role with us and use the interview to ask any questions you may have about your career, knowledge and skills. Of course, we also offer you the opportunity to clarify open questions on your part.
What should I do if I do not have time for the interview on the proposed date?
If you are unable to make an appointment, please feel free to contact us using the contact details given in the invitation letter. We will be happy to coordinate an alternative appointment for you. Please understand that, due to the availability of your business partners, it is not always possible to make an alternative appointment in a timely manner.
Can I also apply for other positions after a cancellation?
If you receive a rejection from us, this refers exclusively to a specific job advertisement. However, we would be pleased if you applied again at a later date if you discover a position that is of interest to you in our job exchange. A rejection of an unsolicited application means that we are currently unable to offer you a position that matches your qualifications.
Can I also do an internship?
No matter if you are a student, a compulsory or a voluntary internship - basically everything is possible with us. Please send us your unsolicited application and we will then check whether we can offer you the appropriate support options.
